Hotel is outdated. The renovation is very required. Ventilation and air conditioning in the guest room was very bad. Experienced some unwanted smell in the room. It has only a benefit for approaching the Canal City Fukuoka as the hotel is a part of the Canal City Fukuoka, I could choose a lot of meals and do shopping for some selected brands.

Obviously, it was a valid reservation, but the hotel only told us to check with the hotel. They didn't even check their mistakes and ignored our customers. I was very disappointed in this attitude (The final confirmation is an employee's mistake in checking the name of the reservation!!!!) In this process, the hotel did its best and the counselor helped me. Thank you very much One day of my family's two-day schedule was completely hopeless with the atmosphere in the lobby and complaints
