The room needed to be better cleaned and the entire hotel needs refurbishment. This is not a family friendly hotel; it’s just for a quick over night stay for travel. Fast Food is available nearby.

The stay was okay overall. However, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was uncomfortable, especially since I had clearly mentioned my preference for a non-smoking room. I hope the hotel can make sure non-smoking rooms are properly checked and free of smoke odor before guests arrive.

Staff were rude, no garage can in the room, they dont have an ice machine on site you have to walk to the other hotel to get ice and they towels were stained bad didnt want to use.

This has to be the most hole in the wall place I have ever been too. Jacuzzi doesn’t work, No cable, No WiFi, No microwave & No Ice Machine. And half of the place is out of service.

They took my reservation and when I arrived they said they were fully booked. There was no one avaliable except a security guard.I called before arriving to ask some questions about the hotel room and a lady answered pretended to be the hotel staff. She should have told me they are completely booked at that time. Once we learned about no vacancy I called back and she said we had the wrong number and that I had called her personal number and she does not work at a hotel.

I came to get into my room and the lobby staff member told me they have never had vacancies and they accidentally put it on the market. To get a refund, I had to get the agent on the phone to call the hotel and confirm I didn’t have a room. Well, the hotel literally doesn’t even have a phone. The man at the front desk said there should be a phone but he doesn’t know the number. He asked if I could hand him the phone to speak to the booking agent and didn’t understand that wouldn’t work. While I was waiting for hours, the hotel was disgusting and the guests were walking around in their underwear. NEVER stay here
