Room was clean, modern and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but free drinks in mini bar on arrival. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Really great location close to St Stephen’s Basilica.

Great location near the city center of Budapest, the rooms are ample and clean, and the property has a fitness facility which was much appreciated after a couple of weeks traveling through Europe without a gym. Breakfast is expensive and one is better off looking for options elsewhere but overall, it is a great hotel to visit Budapest.

Hotel is in a good location with quick access to downtown. Overall fairly comfortable and clean enough. Shower was very nice, big enough for a party. Lots of hot water. Only thing lacking was a table to set things on.

Deposit to use the iron
I stayed here during a business trip. I had to iron a couple of shirts the day I arrived. This turned out very complicated - first I was asked to pay in cash 20€ deposit for the iron, but I didn't have any cash on me. Then after arguing about it, I left my driving license as a compromise, but then the receptionist could not find an ironing board...thank good, probably I had to pay for it as well and I was running out of documents.

Great location and hotel to stay for a short period of time. Bathroom was clean however found stains, holes and hair on the bedsheets. It’s good enough to just sleep and shower. Staff are very kind. Lobby area is nice to relax with group of friends.
