Poor customer service!
Booked a double with a friend and paid using points plus a few dollars. At check in I was told that they didn’t have my room because they overbooked. Was told that when you book online that’s not the room you actually get. Everywhere close was booked so my friend and I had to share a bed. Additionally I was told that my room wasn’t paid for and she wouldn’t even give me the king room until I paid again and that I would just have to talk to the manager the next morning. My card is still being charged for the room even though I was told it would fall off.
