Too bad!! Not recommended.
The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay.
We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again.
There was no cooperation between the front desk and guest services, and everything took a long time to be done.
I saw a guest arguing with an employee in the lobby many times. This is not a scene befitting a resort hotel.
The showers did not have hot water, only cold water.
The food was not good, and you should make sure that the fish dishes were cooked. The food was not good, and the whole family had diarrhea because it was not cooked properly.
There was no notice that the venue for the Covit test had suddenly changed, which was very unfriendly. In addition, when we asked the front desk, they just replied that they didn't know the situation.
Based on my experience above, I think it is better not to stay in this hotel group.
