The staff member who checked me in charged my credit card even though I had prepaid with Expedia and reminded her of that upon checkin (charge was reversed).
I stayed 2 nights.
My room was not refreshed the second day - no new towels, coffee packet, nothing. I went to get new towels at the front desk and the same lady was there I dealt with at checkin. She was unfriendly and dismissive. Another lady brought me the towels - she was nice.
My second night was disrupted at 3:30am by the people in room next to me screaming profanities. I tried to call the front desk to complain but no one answered. I almost called the police after 30 minutes, but they left the room so it was quiet.
The second morning I had to asked the front desk - a man this time - if there were any more bananas, bagels, cream cheese, or english muffins, since the shelves/baskets were empty.
I have stayed here before - this was disappointing.
