Property will be outstanding and a 5 star if they keep investing in the asset. Service is lacking, simple things like having towels at the pool are not happening. Pool Bar cant make a Margarita drink because they don't have any limes, nobody thinks to ask a bellman to go get some limes.... Front desk arrival hostess cant be understood, this is the first person your guest interact with, make them the best first impression! WIFI throughout property is sketchy at best, for 1,000 USD per night I expect good WIF communications. Grounds need to be better kept and weeds contained and lawn mowed. There are many options of this price range and others are more tuned into the customers needs and have anticipated whats needed. I would go back to the resort in a year after they have the shakedown complete, until then it's a very nice resort that has all the upside in the world.
