The property fell short of the high standards expected from a Ritz Carlton. Despite multiple attempts by staff to fix the malfunctioning phones and bathroom electricity, these issues remained unresolved. Additionally, housekeeping disturbed us at 8 a.m. due to the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Food service was slow, with a 30-minute wait at the restaurant and a two-hour delay for room service. Overall, the service was disappointing.
