Wi-Fiは、ロビーのみで部屋では使えず、シーツを変えてなく汚い。部屋のにおいがこもっていてお風呂は唯一きれいだが寒気がものすごくうるさい。知っていたらまず泊まらなかった。

空港シャトルが便利

価格が安いので、期待はしていなかったので、それなりに満足して宿泊できました。夜到着して、翌朝のフライト、短時間の滞在だったら、なんの問題もありません。フロントでは自由にコーヒーや紅茶がいつでも飲めました。

“値段相応”

トランジットのために急遽予約しました。空港から・への無料送迎があり周辺にファストフード店もあるので便利です。部屋は日当たりは悪いですが不衛生ではないです。スタッフも最低限のコミュニケーションで十分に対応してくれます。浴室にドライヤーは付いていますが、部屋のコンセントが抜けやすく固定するのに苦労しました。

夜遅かったのでタクシー代わりに一泊

ホノルルからの帰り、バスを乗り継ぐには夜遅いし、タクシー乗るのもなぁと思って急きょ一泊。空港近くなのでシャトルサービスはすぐに来てくれたし、どうせ寝るだけだからベッドと温かいシャワーが使えれば十分つりあうバジェットホテルです。ただ、空港側の部屋だったので飛行機の音がうるさいのとあらゆる設備はとても古いです。朝はロビーにいくとコーヒーとパウンドケーキが無料でいただけます。そういえば特に困らないけど、テレビが壊れてて映らないしチャンネル変更もできませんでした。アメニティはリンスインシャンプーだけです。

The good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance to the airport and that it is cheap. It needs to be updated, it needs to remove a lot of junk on hallways, it needs to be cleaned every day the rooms and the front desk and employees need to be more helpful and more friendly

It's a good value. Very close to the airport. The rooms are fairly clean, and operable. The staff took a while to get to the desk to check me in, but were more or less pleasant. Good for a last minute budget stay if you're single or need to save money.

Probably the worst and unsafe place I have ever stayed in my life and the staff does not care. The whole place is probably a long-term lodging option for those otherwise homeless people. I booked a NON-smoking room for just one night for an overnight layover near the airport.They gave me a SMOKING room! The AC is blowing cigarettes-smelling air through the filthy filter. There is no lamp on the nightstand. There is only one light switch in the room. The outlet is hiding right behind the nightstand. The night stand surface is sticky and there is an unidentified mental pin left on the stand. The floor is sticky. There are dead bugs on the window stool/frame. The bed sheet and blanket are laced with cigarettes burns. The bathroom is filthy. There is no towel rack or toilet paper holder. A single roll of toilet paper just sits on top of the toilet tank. The bathtub and sink are filthy and stained. I went to bed early and was awaken by knocks on my door. I asked who it was. A random guy said something unclear and walked away. After one hour, someone came back and knocked on the door right next to my room. This time it was a woman with loud rap music playing from a speaker. It lasted for 15 minutes. I called the front desk and the staff came and argued with the woman and she left. I demanded a room change and was denied. I contacted hotel.com and got no help from them. I sat up till 4 am to escape this nightmare. It is a shame that hotel.com still keeps this hotel on their site.

The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work. It smelled like mold and urine. The amenities were very poor. I had two hand towels and one damp bath towel for 2 guests. No wash rags. There was no lamp or lamp stand. The whole experience was very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

I have never wrote a review before for a hotel or any product, even for very bad ones. But this time I feel that I must. In the last decade I have stayed in a few hundred hotels of different levels in multiple states and countries, including multiple cheap hotels in SeaTac area. This hotel Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn is absolutely the worst of the worst. I wish I had spent ten dollars more for any other hotel or even hostel. It is run by crooks to whom I wholeheartedly wish eternal damnation.

Attention to details will pay off!!

I spoke to the owners about my thoughts, they were respectful and receptive which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, private, and large. They resemble a studio apartment. The beds are comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The problems they have are superficial and if I had to guess come from a financial beating they took because of covid like every other small business. There was no toilet paper roll holder, no floor mat for the outside of the shower. I was a single person staying one night and I was given one towel and it was the cheapest scratchiest towel in the catalog. The hotel could use paint in some areas, some concrete crack repairs, and just a general decorating spruce up or modernization. Just a little love and money put back in to it. The service was great and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Dirtiest, nastiest, hotel i have ever seen. I cant believe its even in business. Walked in, and walked right back out. Told desk i wanted a refund, they told me to contact expedia. Expedia told me to talk to the hotel. So no refund, no resolution from either party. Room smells, stains and cigarette burns in bedding, large dark blood-like stain on mattress, drug residue and burns on night stand, half the light bulbs in room were burned out. I thought this level of nasty hotels only existed in movies. Shame on you expedia for offering rooms to this trash, and shame on the property owner for running an establishment like this. Disgusting.
