Check in was kind of slow, no one at the front desk when we arrived, had to ask for directions to our room, and the worker was very difficult to understand due to poor English and heavy accent.
Bed was comfy and room was clean. Hotel looked like it recently was remodeled.
We had dogs along (which I had called and asked for a pet friendly room the week before our reservation & had been told ‘no problem’), nothing to sign regarding having dogs in the room, was never told about a $25/dog charge. Then while we were gone (dogs were in their kennels in the room), we received multiple calls in a row but no voicemail. I finally answered the call to be asked if we had dogs in the room and then told they are not allowed to be in the room alone. Supposedly they were barking continuously, which we have never had a complaint about before and they travel with us in hotels often. We left our in the middle of our event to come back to the hotel, dogs were not barking when we arrived.
Breakfast was quite minimal and the breakfast area was not very clean at all, ended up going out for breakfast instead. Oh and the outside garbages were overflowing and there was no seating outside anywhere.
