The staff and the service are very friendly. The facilities are remodeled. Clean and safe. I love the location, it is very convenient. The train and bus stations are just cross street. There are many restaurants in this station You can ask staff to change your room to a quiet side if you feel too noise. I did it. The facility level between 3.5 - 3.8. Over all, I like it and I would like to recommend it to the international travelers.

Great location across from Termini station makes it easy to navigate Rome with this hotel as a home base! Hotel is very clean.
