The rooms had leaking AC’s mold all over the rooms.Glad I brought my own cleaning products. The morning front desk staff is extremely rude. The carpet halls are filthy and black. One housekeeper was very nice. Overall I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

You have to bring $50 cash with you which will be refunded for incidentals.
There is no breakfast unless you call prepackaged mini donuts a breakfast.
They do have vending machines which are slightly overpriced in my opinion. With not much of a selection except for junk food.

While Megan at the front desk was amazing, this facility was awful. We went through three rooms before finding a room that was actually clean. There were many people lurking outside smoking, which made us feel uncomfortable and it smelled of cigarettes in common areas. There is no breakfast, although advertised. Stairways are filthy. Do not bring children here. $50 cash deposit is required, but nothing has been kept clean.

Breakfast was lacking. Hallway floors were rundown. Had a big cockroach show up in my room and we killed it. No coffee.
The bed was confortable and the AC was working good. So was the bathroom. Working microwave and fridge.
Ways to make hotel better. Replace hallway carpet because its presentation is old and dirty looking.
Have available breakfast for us. How is there a cockroach that big in the hotel? Gotta keep such things from hotel at all costs...

Super 8 Wyndham in Pensacola at 8001 Lavelle Road.
All staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. For the dollars paid, I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. The property is a little dated.
I killed two roaches in my room, please spray or get an exterminator in to get rid of them. I know they like warm moist areas like refrigerator coils etc.

The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty. The towels were dirty. The floors in the room were not cleaned, I found licorice between the bed and the bedside table. There room lighting did not work, the toilet ran, the refrigerator was rusted and there was no safe. Vagrants who were seen rummaging through garbage were also seen seated in the lobby. Staff did not wear uniforms nor carried IDs/name tags. “Breakfast” was coffee and pre-packaged mini donuts. I would NOT recommend this place.

This is a 2 star hotel and a very old facility. We checked into a room with foul smell and bathtub only dispensing very hot water. On-site manager was kind to change the room but guess what it had it’s A/C broken and there were roaches. Then the manager helped change the room again. This time Air conditioning and water issue was resolved but still roaches.
Very helpful lady but unfortunately the rooms need serious pest control.

First, they make you goto a gas station/ATM for a cash deposit.
This place double charged my card for my week stay. I still havent gotten my refund and it has been over a week. Then I left early in the morning, the lady who checked me out did not giving me my deposit back. (Apparently its my job to remember that.) I live in Texas and they are refusing to refund the money to my card, and refusing to let my family member who lives in florida come pick it up. So I feel scammed. I will never stay her again!!!! Almost $800 they wont give back to me! This owner also owns the Days Inn around the corner!

This place is nasty they do not clean your sheets during stay. Threw clean towels down on dirty floor. Breakfast is a package of donuts. Front desk people are rude and the room is litterally falling apart. They also try to get you to give a $50 CASH deposit once there. Whoch in my opinion is shady.
