I had SUCH a horrible experience at my stay at Home2Suites/Hilton & would like my $ back. There were so many issues during my stay, ranging from the loud noise above me all night, thumping sounds, like the guests above me were having a wrestling match (in room 413). I drove ALL the way straight from Fredericksburg, VA, 8 hours & 20 mins on Friday, July 26th, and I got NO SLEEP that night due to the loud noises; it lasted until about 5:28am, Saturday. I brought this concern to the front desk person on duty. While the front desk personnel was nice & apologized, they did NOTHING to address the situation. Saturday morning when I went my 2 friends & I went to the breakfast, they ran out of fish, didn’t have a fork & the food staff was discombobulated. I understand there was a large group of guests there due to the Cincinnati Music Festival, but still, there was NO EXCUSE for this horrible service. I had to drive ALL the way back 8+ hours with no sleep. I will NEVER 👎 go back to ANY Hilton. The tagline commercial for Hilton should be: “Hilton, NOT for the stay”!
