The owner claimed I did not have a reservation when it was clear from Orbitz that I did have a confirmed reservation. The owner even claimed she had no relationships with Orbitz, even though the listing is here. I could not check in and had to scramble to call Orbitz for a refund and find another place, at 9:00 at night on the day of my check-in. There was no communication from the owner of any problem with my reservation, in advance. Simply terrible.
