Love the convenience of this hotel to the airport. i find that if I book through Hotels.com, my favorite way to book, that this hotel puts us WAYYYYYY down the hall/ up the elevator. The first room we unlocked had not been yet serviced. Okay, no biggie -- stuff happens. The desk clerk upgraded our room because of that, still it was WAYYYY down the hall, again, lugging our suitcases.
NO ON-CALL SHUTTLE SERVICE
Our flight left at 5 a.m., so we needed a 3:30 a.m. shuttle which this hotel used to provide. NOT ANYMORE. Today is June 16, and the earliest shuttle was scheduled for 4:30 a.m. I'd already paid for the room, so we had to get an Uber for our ride the next morning.
Staff was great.
No chance to try the food since they don't serve early enough for our departure -- I've known this from other stays. This will, however, be our last stay at this hotel since they don't provide shuttle service for the very early travelers such as we are (we stay overnight in Oakland when we have a super early flight).
