Lovely hotel.
Absolute gem of a place. Lovely staff. Clean and well maintained room. Loads of breakfast items to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
Great location, very small rooms, no windows, limited space to unpack clothing.

Pleasant stay
We had a terrific time in Dublin! The staff at Reception were exceptional (I believe their names were June, Clara, Alaina, and Olivia)! Super friendly, responsive to all of our questions, and even helped us figure out a hot water issue, like a plumber (thanks Alaina!). The room was a bit tired and worn, but clean. The window didn't close properly and we heard a bit of street noise. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, we had a pleasant stay! TY ladies!
Karen, 3-night trip

Hotel is in a very good location and staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but in need of a bit of updating - mainly the bathroom. Double glazing in room not good - heard noise from road & church bells every 15 minutes. Looks like the hotel is in process of renovating. Could do with more comfortable pillows.
Kaye, 3-night trip

Handel's Hotel is very well maintained, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was hot, varied and delicious. Its a short walk to Temple Bar area and right beside Christ Church and Dublinia, both of which I highly recommend.

Great hotel-bad breakfast
The staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel was great! We got upgraded to a nicer room wich was very nice. Everything was clean and ok. But the breakfast was the worst hotelbreakfast I ever had! They didn't have much to offer for breakfast, and that would have been ok as long as the little that they had, was good. But it wasn't. We came for breakfast as soon as the restaurant opened, so we expected everything to be fresh, but the sausages were dry (it looked like they where from the day before, or even the day before that) the pancakes tastet like oil and also felt old.. The coffe was the only thing that where ok.. So the fact that we had to pay extra for breakfast when we chose this hotel, it was absolutely not worth the extra money! So i would recommend the hotel, but just don't pay the extra money for breakfast!

Great spot just across road from Dublin Castle. Easy walk to main attractions. Great places to eat right next door to hotel. Excellent seafood chowder at the pub. Staff were very helpful. Hotel a little tired looking in rooms and hallway but overall a nice place to stay. Can be a little noisey on weekends but to be exact extend for area.

Great stay
This was a great little hotel, just on the outskirts of Temple Bar, so it was easy to walk to everything but you don’t need to deal with the loud party noises. Room was great, staff was really friendly and helpful.

We had to book this hotel last minute because the airline lost our luggage. They were great to work with and worked very hard to let us be able to check in early since we were stranded at 8am. They let us keep our bags there while they got the room ready and called us as soon as we could check in. Great location, close to Temple Bar but tucked in on a quiet street, very walkable to everything. Will definitely be staying again!

Handles is a great property if you want to stay close to the action hit fat enough away that it’s still quite. The staff was great and super friendly. The hotel itself is nice and clean. I will absolutely stay here again my next time in Dublin.
