Loved this. As good as fairmont maui except less crowds. Beautiful property? Great restaurants, excellent service and better value than Maui.

The staff and property were amazing. My best friend and I went there for my 50th and they really gave us white glove service upgrading our room, champaign, birthday cake, and plenty of the staff all around the property were just so genuinely interested in making it a great experience for us. I so enjoyed that this island is not packed like the others. It is low key. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property. Loved the easy beach access. We were able to snorkel and see fishes & turtles. The room itself was nice but needs an update. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be our go to hotel in the Big Island.

The hotel itself is stunning, but it was the people who made our visit unforgettable. In fact, we were so taken by the exceptional service and ambiance that we decided to spend most of our time at the hotel, soaking in the beauty and enjoying the luxurious amenities, rather than exploring the island as initially planned. If you're looking for a place that combines elegance with heartfelt hospitality, the Fairmont on Big Island is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!
