Comfort Inn Irving. Overall was good until I encountered an awful shuttle drive, on 12/28 AM. I already spoke to the receptionist to require a shuttle and waited for 20min at the lobby. When the shuttle came, the driver was telling us that we (other guests too) were not in the waiting list so we don't want to go. That's an internal problem between the driver and receptionist but jis attitude was clearly not welcoming us even though his job is to ttake the guests to the airport. During driving, he was complaining this to someone over the phone but we also heard what he was saying. That made us very uncomfortable,did we do something wrong to him? At the airport, I was going to give him a tip at leadt he took us there, but he denied. Again, what was the problem with us? Our comfortable stay at hotel was completely ruined at the end.
