Nice hotel. Old World European traditional ambience. Although some wear is notable, overall comfort, service and style overweight the rest. Bathroom is updated and nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. Toiletries include toothbrushes and single use toothpaste. Add to it an impressive breakfast buffet.

Spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk was friendly, efficient and very helpful with our luggage transfer. The room was clean, quiet, spacious with excellent water pressure in the rainfall shower. Our drain was slow to drain the first morning, but after we asked the front desk to have someone examine it, it drained perfectly well. The breakfast each morning was very good with a nice omelette station. We liked the security redundancies, where your room card automatically selected your floor in the elevator and was needed to exit the elevator lobby to the hallway. The lounge on the top floor had great views and perfect ice for scotch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing, the tallest I would say on Kanazawa, and super close to the Kanazawa train station so very convenient. The rooms are spacious and with great and high quality amenities, they seemed a bit old though and our room had a kind of musty smell but other than that we slept really well and enjoyed the provided amenities.
