Très bien
A peine à 10 min à pied de l'Acropole et de son musée. Proche des principaux sites archéologiques, nous avons tout fait à pied. Appartement en duplex, entièrement rénové et propre (ménage effectué tous les jours). Personnel sympatique. La rue est calme.

Bästa läget, lyhört, trevligt
Fantastisk lägenhet för flera att bo i! Men fruktansvärt lyhört! Från det stort sovrummet är det bara en ”pappersdörr” ur i korridoren och allt som sker på gatan hörs rätt in. Prisvärt om du inte tänker sova om natten. I övrigt väldigt fräscht, städat och mycket bra läge mitt i stan.

Local and just a short walk away from Acropolis
We stayed 11 nights In at Suites Syngro Fix late december. The Suites is situated In a nice local area close to everything and our room was with a beautiful large terrasse. Very nice breakfast but unfortunately neither vegetarian nor vegan friendly. As our stay was In winterseason we would have preferred a heated room - it was on the chilly side. A diningtable In the room would be nice, as we have booked a room with a kitchen - too cold to take meals outside on the beautiful terrasse, and not pleasent to eat In bed or at low sideboards. Kitchen is In need of a cuttingboard and cuttingknife.

We liked everything about the hotel -- friendly staff, spacious room, nice breakfast, good location, etc. The only concern is that the hotel occupies two buildings, and it was confusing to tell where the reception is. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience.

Esperienza positiva. Le suites sono a 50 metri dall’hotel dove si fa colazione. Stanza enorme (un appartamento) pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (manca il bidet ma c’è solo in Italia 😅) buona la colazione, tutti molto gentili. A pochi passi dalla metro in zona tranquilla e pulita (la zona nord al contrario sporca) unico neo le tende che non coprono molto, entra molta luce il Mattino presto. Però perfetto per famiglie

Not what we expected. The pictures are nice, but that's the best part of our stay. The suite was definitely renovated, and rather nicely concerning the age of the building. However, we were hopelessly overcome by the persistent odor from the sewer drains! After 2 nights, we had to find another place to stay. We paid for 5 nights, but just bailed. Our attendant explained nothing could be done to eliminate that odor, so after traveling 8,000 miles to get there, we were in no mood to fight for any money back. We HAD to go. The breakfast buffet was very well apportioned and very nice.

We opted to stay in 1 of their suites which was very large. However, it is located 2 1/2 blocks from the main hotel on a back street. Walking our luggage to the building was a bit difficult since the sidewalk is very uneven. Breakfast was very good wuth lots of choices.

Interesting stay I would rather not repeat
This really needs to be a two-part review. Part one is 4.5 stars for the actual accommodation which was beautiful, modern, very well-maintained and clean. My only observation on the actual accommodation is that they still appear to be in some repair state in the bathroom because one of the outlets for sconce type light next to the mirror was covered up with a plastic taped on disc while another one was covered with an actual cover. Otherwise it was everything one could wish for. There were other good parts, but I had to skip it to save some room for part two for the review. Part 2 - 2 stars. In terms of distance to the acropolis and access to major roads, very good walkable distance. Now for the bad part. We first discovered that the address for the suites really shouldn’t be given to the taxi, because there’s nobody there to check you in. To be checked in, you’ll have to drag your suitcases two blocks away and around the corner to the main hotel building. We found this out after being dropped off with four suitcases, several carry-ons and two young children at a locked doorway with a A4 sized paper, with this information on it. This was not disclosed in the booking, or the confirmation, or anywhere else in the listing for this accommodation. The two blocks are nearly Mad Max, as you will be passing by an empty shell of a burnt out building and another abandoned building. Luckily it’s too abandoned to be mugged. But the breakfast was great.
