The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Elevator had a good security system with monotor in front of the lobby. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Food choice was limited around the hotel. But there was a big super market, onsen style spa, drugstore, cosy cafe, and close enough for the outlet mall.

It’s right next to Sodegaura Station- very convenient. Plus they have free breakfast for everyone. The only thing that was a let down in our experience was the staff at the front desk. Not smiling, straight/poker face when she talked to us but we saw her smiling and very helpful with Japanese guests. I hope im mistaken but this should be addressed by hotel management either way.

宿泊者はとても多かったようですが、夜は静かで、ゆっくり休めました。 以前、アクアラインマラソンの時に宿泊しました。朝のナポリタンカレーが大変おいしかったです。今回の朝食ではなかったので少しがっかりしました。パンも早々になくなってしまいました。それでも、サービスで充実した朝食を用意していただけるのは嬉しいです。 また、ゆっくり宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
