We checked in on 11/29 and checked out on 12/1.
The pictures posted on Hotels.com was barely anything like the hotel.
The lobby looked most like the pictures, however, there were still some differences.
Seemed to be no well lighting in the hotel along with scuff marks and other marks on the walls.
When we arrived in our room, the first things we noticed was the trash had not been taken out and there seemed to still be dirt on the floor. In addition, there were also fuzzies/strings on the sheets of the beds and the light switch by the door did not work. The door also seemed to have a hard time closing and you could even see light coming through some.
The shower had brown marks on the wall; looked like scuff marks perhaps?
In addition, most each night we got the strong whiff of “skunk” smell (if you know what I’m talking about”. On the third night of our stay our key quit working to the door for some reason. I called the front and they informed us we would have to go all the way to the lobby to get a new key. Normally I wouldn’t mind this, but we were at the back side of the hotel on the second floor (no elevators) standing in the cold. Having to truck to the front was exhausting after a day at the parks. We also had a lot of times where we just did not feel safe staying there
Overall, the employees were nice and checkout was easy (leave the key in the box at the front desk) but everything else was disappointing.
