One trash can is not enough, no room cleaning wasn’t nice, only got 2 towels for 4 of us and the WiFi was very slow. No vending machines anywhere. Staff was very friendly.

So disappointed.
Never stay there again and not recommended. Hotel looks way poorer then what it shows in the pictures. Rooms not cleaned and stinky. You can see the dirty floors and furniture. Bathrooms are so old fashioned and needs lots fixes. This hotel needs a massive renovation and upgrade.

So dirty. Family of 5. Needed a suite for a little more space. Pull out couch bed had no sheets, 1 shower towel, no ice bucket, room was at a slight slant- all dresser drawers and doors would creep open. Floors were absolutely disgusting- after a shower socks and shoes were a MUST. Air filter has not been changed in a year or more (guessing) dirty doors and walls. Sliding door exit to no balcony, but the door is not is working order any way- wont open. Windows are not sealed well and easy to hear every car pull in the parking lot and every door open or close. We woke up early to get out as soon as possible to head home- disappointing. We will not stay here again.

This hotel is run down. No daily room cleaning or service. Had to go down to get clean towels and toiletries every day. Huge mounds of trash bags piled up under stairs and down corridor. Shower head came off, toilet wouldn’t flush. The only thing positive thing it had going for it was space (we are a family of 6) and the walking location to Knotts. (1/2 mile)

Totally disappointing
Property has potential but is outdated and needs maintenance and aesthetic upgrades as soon as possible. Room was dusty- sofabed covers put on. No extra sheets/blankets provided for the sofabed sleeper. Not enough towels provided for number of ppl checked in. Mattress on sofabed was a joke. 2nd elevator not working. Floors in room not clean. No coffee stirrers provided even if coffee machine was there. Sink in common area— slow drain. Lobby was dirty. The entire place was honestly subpar. We stayed at this same spot in 2019 And was told that they were doing upgrades. When we came Back this time- it was actually worse Than last time. Very disappointing.

SAVE YOURSELF
Elevator is a death trap. It’s freezing cold and you can’t get extra blankets. Heater didn’t work. My child fell cause there is a gap in the floor of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly and you can’t get a hold of the front desk clerk cause they’re hiding in the office

NEED REFUND
SO UPSET. Stayed 2 nights. First night- we noticed at check in a couple drops on the floor, didn’t know if it was old food or what.. Later on, my teenager opens up the pull out bed and A LARGE AMOUNT OF RAT POOP FELL OUT! We have pictures. We asked if we could either change rooms or get the room cleaned asap. Got nothing. Next day week asked housekeeping and front desk to please clean room and when we got back at 4PM the rat poop was STILL there. They did nothing to fix the situation, still charged us full price and never reached out to apologize even though they took my number down and promised someone would call. Plus, look at my daughter’s feet after only being barefoot for an hour..

No extras
We got a room with two beds and a pullout couch, and the pullout couch didn’t have sheets already on it, we asked the front desk and was told we had to come down and get it, which was fine, but they gave us the bare minimum and said there were no pillows. My niece and nephew were sleeping on the pullout couch and they were cold, and there were no extra blankets. We also asked for extra towels for the bathroom (only two were provided), but were told there were none available until tomorrow. The following day when we were ready to take shower, with only two towels for a room of six occupancy. Went down to the front desk and asked if we could have more towels and was told that House Keeping would bring some. They didn’t bring any towels for about 30 minutes, I finally went down to the front desk and said there’s four kids cold and naked and house keeping hasn’t brought the towels, thankfully the nice girl at the front desk got us some.
