Our group came a little bit late and front desk staff was not ready at all and it took us 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was friendly though. Several of our reserved rooms were infested with bed bugs and we asked to switch rooms - but unfortunately no rooms were available. During the checkout, we were promised to get a refund for those two rooms with bed bugs, and they followed up with that promise. Also, the advertised price on Hotels.com was $113 per room, taxes included. We opted for "pay at the hotel option". When they emailed us receipts, we saw that we were charged $120 per room, plus taxes - which brought the price for each room to $140. Lesson learned - to always pay directly Hotels.com
