After having to check out of another hotel at midnight due to bedbugs, I booked a 2 bed room on Expedia at this hotel, as there were 4 of us. When I arrived, I was told they only had 1 beds. They said they could not help it because I booked through Expedia. I asked if I could just keep one night so my kids could sleep, and cancel the other two nights to try and find more suitable arrangements, and I was told no. Also, they didn't refund me the incidental fee that I did not use. I also did not feel safe here either.
