3 hafta önce parasını ödeyerek yapmış olduğumuz rezervasyonu varmama 30 dk kala yoldayken arayarak otelde yer olmadığını hotels. com’da sistemsel bir hatadan dolayı yer varmış gibi gözüktüğünü söyleyerek iptal etmek istediler. Hakkımızı arayıp rezervasyonu 3 hafta önceden yaptığımızı son dk iptal olmayacağında direttiğimiz için tekrar arayıp kendi odalarını bize ayarladıklarını söyleyerek geri vites yaptılar. Aynı akşam girip kontrol ettiğimde 2400 tl’ye odakarı bulunmaktaydı hotels. com’da. Yoğunluğu fırsata çevirmek istediler. Yakışmayacak bir deneyimdi.
