Awesome place, great staff, highly recommend!
Great experience! Friendly staff, very responsive to requests. Hotel was very clean, as was the room. Breakfast bar was excellent, but the nicest touch was the free S'more kit they gave us at check-in so we could make them at the outdoor firepit area. Very cool!

Won’t be back/invest in better beds!
Terrible sleep! Save your money. Hard pillows, mattress slides off the platform thus creating a shin banger for your leg in the frame. We stayed in a poolside room and got to see strobe lights in our room until 11, and all the noise from the pool making it very hard to sleep with the hard mattress and pillows. Paid 17$ for cold, undercooked breakfast. Features “movie night” at the pool- not true. Played old school cartoons on repeat all weekend. Not sure why the resort fee. Nothing special and poor nights sleep.

Person working Lobby check in was incompetent or worse. Confirmed Reservation was for King bed room with a view. It is Estes Park after all. They attempted to place us in a small room with a view of a ally and other guest rooms. They claimed it was the best we can do! Interesting that once we refused the room and demanded a cancellation of all charges, suddenly a room with a beautiful view was available! Mmmm bait and switch?

Very nice facility but description says breakfast is included and it was not. We also requested a Mountain View room but windows were dirty and we were given a bottom floor room with trees and the fire pit area directly outside the window blocking the view. The facility was fine. It was, as advertised, conveniently located to downtown Estes Park, clean and comfortable. However, paying for a "Mountain View" room was a complete waste, as there was absolutely no view of the mountains from our room. Very misleading and disappointing.
