Hotel Theodore is top notch
Great independent hotel with lots of history. Nice amenities and cozy bed. Restaurant in lobby was quite pretentious and they made us feel not wanted...so we left. Great thing is there plenty of great places to eat and drink. But the hotel staff was really great!

The staff was freindly and very accomadating with a date change. When we arrived we were offered a complimentary glass of wine. The room was clean, nice but a rather small. Strider, the restaurant inside hotel serves delicious food. The location is great for walking to shopping, theater, other resturants, and the covention center. Overall a great place and we would definatley come back.

Great small hotel in the heart of Seattle
This little gem right in the heart of downtown Seattle was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and updated. We appreciated the extra sitting area, which gave us additional space for our 5-year-old son. The wine hour was a nice touch, and the lobby/lounge area was a perfect place to enjoy coffee or a drink or read a little. Love the Theodore!

Friendly, well located hotel
Reception was prompt and friendly. The room I had had a connecting door to another room. Unfortunately this was not very soundproof, and the person adjacent had the TV on quite loud, and was having rather animated conversations on the phone. I asked reception for another room and was promptly moved, no fuss. The stay was otherwise fine. Location to conference centres was ideal.

Fabulous location for seeing a show at the Paramount and the restaurant in the hotel was great—the room, however, was tiny. Teeny tiny. We’ve stayed there before and had larger rooms. But this time we must have booked the used-to-be-a-closet-but-turned-into-a-hotel-room room. I’d stay again but will definitely pay better attention to the room I’m booking.

Valet parking was swift and simple and they kept our bags for us after checkout when our business at the convention center ran past. checkout time. Small but ellegant room. Very comfortable bed. Great restful and vast lobby. We asked for a noon chevk out but was denied. 19 floors so you'd think they could have allowed us another hour.
