Perfect location. Close to JR station and bus station. We stayed for two nights in order to check out Cape Soya by bus.
Staff were very helpful considering we spoke limited Japanese. I would recommend it for others for its location to see Cape Soya.

A staff who can speak english, japanese, cantonese, mandrian is very helpful, i highly revommend surfeel hotel to everyone who will visit wakkanai.
The breakfast starts at 5am that we can catch the ferry to island to Rishiri without hurry.

A well located hotel which is right on the sea front. We had a wonderful view from our room which was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and parking was very easy. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is also very close to the train station and bus terminal if you don't have a car. We caught the bus to Cape Noshappu and then walked back to the hotel - a lovely walk. It is also easy to walk to the ferry from the hotel (5-10 minutes) if you are heading over to the nearby islands. Well worth the stay.
