Despite a minor setback with our original room having an odor from cigarettes and an issue with the AC, the staff quickly rectified the situation. In fact we ended up in a junior suite which looked over the gardens and turned out amazing. The decor is classic European style. The hotel is centrally located, but in a quieter part of the city, with easy commutes by train, taxi or walking to many of Tokyos best sites. Theres also a free shuttle bus to a major train station. You must try the hotel breakfast buffet, a combination of Japanese and American cuisine. Overall a delightful stay.
