Pleasant traditional experience

The room was a little outdated but the onsen was great! The outdoor 露天風呂was amazing, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is located right on the water and we loved the ocean views, and (when we opened the window) the sound of the waves breaking. Very peaceful and beautiful. The onsen baths were large and pleasantly hot, with water that was clear and gave a nice feeling.

The sink where the water boiler is smells like something died on there. I had to add a cover over the wooden cover to close the smell off. The room is old and warn out. The dinner was not so good but the breakfast was very delicious.

昼間他の観光地を回って、夜到着したので、ホテルのサービスは全部楽しめなかったのが残念でした。午後2時から深夜12時までオーシャンビューのロビーで飲み物や、甘味等の食べ物を提供されるので、早めに到着し、ホテル自体をゆっくり楽しめることを進めます。再度利用する時、そうしたいと思います。

3階の部屋に宿泊したが、部屋がカビ臭く、誇りっぽいし、畳に髪の毛も何本かおちていた。息子が何かに反応して、腕が痒くなり蕁麻疹が出てしまい夜中痒くて眠れなかった。エレベーターの中も、下水のような匂いがして臭くて気分が悪かった。卓球場に行ったが、エレベーター降りてすぐあまりの臭さに吐き気がした。エントランスから臭かった。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでお客へのきめ細かいフォローに感謝します。事前に予約しておいたEV 充電施設への案内もスムーズでした。他のホテルではまだ設置されていないところが多いなか安心して車共々宿泊出来ました。とりわけ宿泊者に滞在中ほぼ、いつでもアルコールを含む飲み物を提供しているラウンジサービスにより、時間と共に移り変わる相模湾の景色を眺めながら、ゆっくりくつろぎの時となりました。

唯一気になる事

夜、朝共、風呂場の脱衣所の床に長い毛が至る所に落ちていて踏まずにロッカーと風呂場を行き来出来ない程。 他のホテルは脱衣所の隅にクリンクル(?)が設置され自由に客が使用、掃除出来る様になっている。当館も置いて欲しい。 足の裏に落ちている毛が付着するのがとても嫌。

コロナ禍、3年ぶりの旅行

以前からいちど行きたいと思っていた旅館です。少し距離はありましたが、ドライブがてら行ってきました。外観も内装も良く、特に和室の内装は良い材料が使われ、クロス畳等改修もされており良いと思います。。お風呂は大浴場で清潔で、露天風呂サウナもあり、お湯も美肌湯快適でした。食事は先付けともどもおいしかったですが、1番メインの金目鯛の煮付けがサイズが小さい事も有り脂も乗っておらず残念でした。次は松崎ニュー銀水へ行こうと思います。
