"We had a pleasant time in this charming hotel. Excellent service, amazing breakfast, easy parking and a playground for our toddler. The only thing I would complain about is that the hotel has a bar with an outdoor area directly under some rooms. We got one of these rooms, and while the noise was not extreme, you could still hear people talking and smell cigarette smoke. We had our windows wide open (warm summer night) and found it a bit unpleasant. I think the hotel needs to re-think this layout...

Det er virkelig dårlig service når vi booker værelse til 2000 kr for en nat at man ikke kan få bord til lidt aftensmad det var overhovedet ikke muligt fik vi besked på vi havde kørt langt 600 km og skal videre næste dag 800 km
Vi har været her før der var alt fint
Kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til en enkel overnatning der er ingen service kun dyrt værelse
Vi var der kl 19.30 og trætte viste der...

Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. Das geht eindeutig nicht. !,,,

"We knew the restaurant wasn’t going to be open as we were staying on a Monday, what wasn’t expected was that the hotel reception would close by 5pm and breakfast wouldn’t be until 8am.
The room was lovely and clean. The area was the same. But a hotel should have 24hr reception and breakfast from 6am on weekdays. "
