This hotel posted $20 US dollars for 1 night stay. I paid through Expedia almost $50. The hotel was terrible- dirty, hot and humid. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Great location but poorly maintained Hotel
The staff are helpful and friendly. They provide great services. Unfortunately, the hotel is aging and needs considerable improvement and maintenance to keep it a 3 stars. The hallway and stairway are dark and needs improvement in lighting.

Not the cleanest. People were very friendly and attentive however the bed sheets were strained and had a smell. Seats had stains. Bathroom was just ok

The property was old but very clean. Good value for money. Brecky was better than I expected. The restaurant was very pour quality and quantity for what was paid. I would say the restaurant was leased out by another party.
Very nice, big room. Good breakfast. Staff didn’t speak English and it was little difficult.one staff in restaurant spoke little English

The staff are not that friendly especially during check in process. They keep asking me about my room reservation and acting like I didn’t pay for the room.

La chambre luxueuse était infesté d'insectes, le tapis était repoussant et très sale. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est un leurre, c'est plutôt un déjeuner à la carte. Par contre, L'hôtel est bien situé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à quiconque.

May not come back unless no other choices
I seldom commend unless it’s not up to standard. Was given a room with no window although I requested for window. The only window is in the toilet. The morning sun shines from this toilet window onto the the mirror and reflected directly on the bed. Felt itchy when lying on bed need to put bathe towel as extra bedsheet. The kettle is too dirty to use. Luckily, only stays for one night. May not come back unless no other choices. Good location though.

Recht großes Hotel mitten in Can Tho
ich habe nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht und es war ok. Der Teppich im Zimmer könnte ausgetauscht werden und offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit kleinen Ameisen. Das Bett und das Bad waren sauber. Ich glaube, dass in dem Hotel überwiegend Asiaten absteigen. Am Empfang konnte man kein Englisch und auch im Restaurant gab es nur einen älteren Herrn, der die Bestellung aufnehmen konnte. Mit Händen und Füßen, gutem Willen und googletranslator klappt aber alles.

Well placed iconic hotel with good facilities and
Few of the staff seak English. The ones who do were very accomodating.
They dont offer good tourist advice - go down the street.
The breakfast was the most `ethnic' of several places visited in Vietnam

No room available after booked through Hotel.com.
When we arrived we were told that they were over booked and they would get us a room at a hotel that was several miles away. We told them that we specifically selected this hotel because of it's location. We gave them our Hotel.com confirmation number but they said that they do not honor Hotel.com because they have no contract with Hotel.com. An hour later, after a lot of argueing, we finally got a room.
This has never happened to us in the past when we reserved a room through Hotel.com. We think they overbooked because it was a holiday weekend. Their plan was to push us out to a cheaper hotel and rent the room for more money to someone else. There was a Canadian couple that was treated like us. They going to move them to a cheaper hotel several miles away. After a lot of argueing, we all had rooms. This shouldn't happen.
