Roach Infested! AVOID!
Avoid at all costs! Cockroach infested! Our room was absolutely nothing like the pictures and after disturbing a few roach parties (under the phone and under the TV remote) and seeing about a dozen cockroaches in room 113 and killing a few I asked to move rooms. We found out they had the exterminator out several times so were aware of the issue. We moved to another room that had the heater running and was extremely hot. Putting the ac on max had a little effect but did not cool the room. The towels smelled terrible and had a dirty chemical smell to them. The shuttle bus had broken seat belts and there were multiple warning lights on including low tire pressure warning. This is a really beaten up hotel and probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Avoid at all costs! The hotel refused to admit there was a problem on follow up and refused any compensation

Disappointed
Staff at Check in were did their jobs accordingly, but without much interaction with us as customers.. Arrived to our room and immediately encountered small bugs in the outlets and in and around the coffee maker and the telephone. The room wasn’t necessarily dirty or unkept just the experience with what turned out to be roach hatchlings and then more mature roaches made the entire experience uncomfortable and unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again for future visits to this destination. We had to put our bags and shoes and other belongings on the racks above the coat hangers. Did not go report to the desk because it was very late when we arrived back to the hotel after our concert and were leaving the next morning early and well I’m sure they would only offer us another room which surely would have been in the same condition…

Hard to rate a stay when you’re turned away and told they have your reservation to someone else Front Desk host was rude and was on sort of power trip. Dangled another room then told me she didn’t like my attitude and refused to give us a room! I will never book a room with hotel or any hotel affiliated company

Needs renovation
Two night stay turned into one. Was told I would receive a refund for my second night as long as I checked out before 11am. Didn't happen. I was affected by the hurricane this was the only room available at the time I went back home without no power till I find something better I was not comfortable at all I wouldn't even let me children play on the carpet I wiped down the whole room which still appears dirty.

when I got there after a 8hr drive they tell me there’s you rooms… then the room I got was old looking on top of that the AC made this loud noise and I couldn’t sleep. I waited until 8pm to let them know I called the front desk they pick up and then hangs up. I then go down to the lobby and let them know. Again she tells me there’s no room come back at 12noon so I’m back up in the room now and the sent some one up to fix the AC But now he’s in the room back and forth still no sleep it took him over 4hrs later to realize i need a knew one. Long store short. New AC but know one apologized to me or anything .. i would like money back or something🙄
