Have stayed here this same time for several years: It’s gone downhill. This year it wasn’t that clean - hair wrapped around shower knob. The staff checking us in couldn’t care less. Water dripped all night. No hot water. Staff was so rude. Take your 250.00 a night and stay elsewhere

Poop deck
There was poop in the elevator and we unknowingly stepped in it and took it to the room. They switched us rooms after midnight and unfortunately the poop and smell carried to the second room. We decided to go home at 2am. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Worst Upkept Holiday Inn Express I Have Been In
The upkeep is atrocious. Every time riding the elevator you were mentally saying a prayer you didn’t get stuck because of the sounds and jolts you felt from the elevator. To the point my 9 year old asked if he could just take the stairs the 4 flights each way. The pull you have to pull out of the wall to change from bath to shower my husband could barely pull it out and it wiggled in the wall as you did pull it so you just prayed you didn’t break it off. Electrical outlets didn’t work. By the time we got to our room at 11 at night with two kids my husband literally asked me do you just want to pack up and find somewhere else, it will definitely be on our do not go back to list.

This hotel is in a sketchy area. The parking garage had homeless in it. My 3 year old kid slipped and fell in a puddle in the parking garage next to a wall that had excrement on it. Rooms were dingy and outdated. Loved the night receptionist.
