Family Vacation
Embassy Suites has always been an excellent choice for us. The breakfast buffet is always good. Service was friendly .Didn't take advantage of happy hour this time, but did do in the past. Enjoyed our vacation!

Holidays in Waikiki
The Embassy Suites was located close to the beach, to shops, and so many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially housekeeping and the bell desk attendants. It was so nice to also have breakfast included in our stay. It was our first time spending the holidays in Waikiki. The hotel and Waikiki were decorated, which was nice to see. There was also nightly entertainment provided at the hotel and around the area.

Hotel staff, swimming area staff and bartenders were very professional and customer focused. All staff were accommodating with the exception of Timeshare representative. I paid for this vacation as my niece is a single parent, she is unemployed and no income and did not have an income. I told the Timeshare lady at the Hilton more about the Timeshares and my niece is a single mom without an income and is not able to afford a timeshare. The lady kept telling my niece to attend the overview and she would get a $150.00 credit card for just attending. Of course if my niece was paying for her vacation and had a job, I would not have said much about it even though I would not attend. The continued talk ended with my niece going to the Timeshare overview… instead of another family activity. Wasted about half a day that otherwise would have been better time spent. Well as predicted, my niece said she was not interested after multiple people spoke with her. Then, my niece told them that she would have to speak with me because she didn’t have a job. They told her that they were suspending her money on the credit card if they didn’t hear back from her within so many hours. My niece came back to the hotel & ask me to call them because she was told that she would receive the credit card whether she signed up for a timeshare or not. We liked the location of the property because it was within walking distance of multiple shopping centers. We also liked the morning breakfast and the afternoon reception. The first impression of the condition of the property was that it appeared a little older than we expected.

I would stay at this resort again. Its an exceptional so hotel, one complaint is they were doing construction right outside my room. Hotel should have mentioned this upon check in. I did mention the I inconvenience at check in and they did rectify it. Late check out with this hotel is noon. No other options. Pool, was nice. No rules in this pool, staff do not care if children are fighting rough housing, kids screaming (but hey it’s a holiday and everyone is enjoying themselves)

Liked the room and pool area, too many unsupervised kids in pool and hotel did nothing to attempt control. Staff was all very professional and courteous. Breakfast could use more of a rotating variety rather than same fare every day.
