I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my husband.
There were just two of us, so I chose 1 bed deluxe room (the smallest and lowest price one).
Our room was 105, seemed to be a half basement.
Most of their cottages had loft rooms above and half basement rooms in the bottom.
As we entered our room, we were so surprised with terrible noises from the upper room.
We could hear every footstep of the guests above and thought how poor sound-proof this room is!
On our second night, other guests checked in the room above.
After 11 p.m. they were still walking around continously, dropped something onto the floor, and took a shower.
We could not sleep at all.
Finally, I made a phone call to the front desk and asked them to make the guests quiet.
But it is not the guests' fault.
The problem is that the floor is too thin.
I have never stayed in such a room where I was annoyed with the noises of the room above.
This hotel should make some maintenance and repair of sound proofing.
Otherwise, they should not put guests in such an awful room.
Isn't is one of the biggest sales points that this hotel provides quiet and peaceful surroundings?
I don't recommend this hotel.
But if you would dare to stay at this hotel, I would strongly suggest you to pay more and take an upper room.
