Wouldn't stay here again!
The hot tub was broke. They were out of hand towels, 2 had to last 4 days. Our keys quit working after 3 days. The coffee pot was broken and not replaced. No dish towel or wash cloth for the kitchen. Housekeeping brought us some requested bath towels but did not empty our garbage or take dirty towels. We requested housekeeping at the front desk. :(

Beware of ghosts
We had the worst night of our lives at this hotel. The pull out bed was torn and soiled so bad. It looked like blood and urine all over it. But we were so tired when we got in we just made do. All of us had terrible dreams. One had dreams of being stabbed, suffocated and shot. One woke up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep. We heard a random heavy fall that none of us made in the room. Then when we were leaving our phones kept rerouting us back to the hotel. After doing some investigation, there have been several murders at the hotel. If we were looking for this experience, it would be great for a ghost hunter. But we just wanted a good night sleep on our way through.

Overall nice stay
I had read the reviews before I arrived so I was prepared for anything.. At check-in, person not hospitable. Only asked if I was checking in and my name. He proceeded to check me in and gave me the room keys.. not much communication from him. Room was dated. Sofa a little uncomfortable for our 3 night stay, but we managed. Ice maker didn’t work in our full size fridge. Same young man said I could get ice from the breakfast area… but it was out. Decided to deal without it til next day. Snow arrived as planned. We were prepared with enough food during our stay. Breakfast was very limited that morning because no employees could make it in to work… front desk staff had to do best they could with housekeeping duties (washing/folding towels). No housekeeping during our stay. I was able to get fresh towels though. I did see trash in trash cans by elevators that others have mentioned in previous reviews….. At least it was IN and around that can and not spread all over the halls. Tricia at the front desk was very nice and helpful during our stay…. Would like to mention bathrooms on first floor seemed like they got no attention during our stay.. Overall, we had a nice stay and would return in the future if ever in the area again.

Overall our stay was good. They have an awesome continental breakfast. So good! Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Although the pool was really cold. It’s definitely not heated. I will say the room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Mostly pictures hadn’t been wiped down and the front of the dishwasher wasn’t clean. The hallways needed to be better maintained too. But overall, I would stay here again. Location is great. Lots of restaurants and things to do with your family nearby.

We attended for a gymnastics meet across the street at the convention center. Extremely convenient, decent breakfast with to go boxes. Clean and comfortable rooms. Elevators were very slow but it was busy so this was to be expected. Well lit parking.

Pretty good value for the money
We just needed the room for the night to rest on our way from Florida. The rooms were pretty clean but not immaculately. The furniture was VERY dated. Table was very marred on the top. Couch and chair fabric was then worn and overall dirty looking. There was a dishwasher but no soap to use in it. The bathrooms were clean though, and the beds were very comfortable!!

Terrible place. Don’t bother staying here. Room was not very clean. We had no towels. Black hair in bathroom. The hotel floors were filthy. Probably not vacuumed in days. Each floor had piles of garbage outside the elevator doors by the garbage cans. Then they hit you with a surprise $18.00 parking fee
