This hotel is above a small food court area that opens to the street. Walkable to many points of interest and lots of restaurants nearby. Despite its central location it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.

6/10 Good

I was disappointed at the hotel. This was not my first time at CDMX and I know the Alameda Park and surrounding areas are very busy. The hotel room was incredibly noisy. Our room was not in front of the main road ( front of the park) but inside. And you could hear noises from the rooms next to ours. The hotel room was not sparkling clean, the bathroom curtains were stained. What absolutely disappointed (not to be petty but aggravated me big time ) was that the room had no freezer and only allocated 1 cup of coffee per day per room . ( we rented the room for 3 adults)
Jenny, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The toilet room 342 sometimes gets stuck flushing and the valve doesn’t close. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The sofa chair is unstable. I fell when I sat on it. Other than that , the maid did a great job every day cleaning and making our beds.
