The coffee in the rooms and at the hotel entrance was very bad, there was no water to drink anywhere, the minibar was empty. The gift wafer left at our door on New Year's was stale. Apart from these, the toilet and bathroom were clean, there was a smart toilet. The bed was comfortable. It is in a very good location, the fact that the hotel has a parking lot is also a great advantage, but one of the most important things in the hotels I have stayed in is coffee. The fact that there was no water for drinking was a big disappointment.

A couple of needed improvements
The bathroom shower needs to be cleaned with a bleach cleaner & a grout brush. This should be done between guests NOT during daily cleaning. Also under bed vacuuming between guests. I dropped something & saw a lot of debris under the bed, even an old water bottle. Again I would not expect this with daily service, but should be done prior to new check ins. A wipe down of the doors & walls as needed, between guests would be good. A tea towel for the kitchen would be nice. GREAT LOCATION ! Very nice staff

A pleasant short stay
Property is clean with comfy bed. Bath liquid and shampoo hadn’t been refilled. Staying on the 3rd floor a bit noisy from the street at night. Credit for the warm toilet seat. But Automatic toilet seat cover opens and whenever walk pass and automatic flush did not work every time.

Heart of sydney
Great location, but 3pm checkin and early 10am checkout but annoying. Rooms a bit rundown but meet the basic requirements. Windows are not soundproof so can hear street noise but air con works really well. Initially asked if stay was for anything special but even after saying it was for honeymoon nothing came from it not even a congrats so don't expect too much if stay here.

We got a deal through Hotels.com and thank goodness, I wouldn’t have liked to pay full price. The overall cleanliness of the room was sub- par with dust and grime everywhere. The bathroom was DISGUSTING with mould throughout the shower and surrounding areas, the products provided were watered down. The car park was unsafe and tight, I would park elsewhere. Overall, not a place I would stay again.

Great location but great disappointment with the poor condition of this hotel. The nightly rate was suggestive of 5-star accommodation which was at best 2.5 stars. The issues with the lifts was very annoying and wasted valuable time waiting for service! Needs a lot of work!

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to hold our luggage before check in and after check out. The cleanliness could have been improved. You can tell they only clean the floors down the middle, but not in the corners. The bathroom tile could use a serious steam clean. Baseboards thick with dust. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. But the stove top, microwave, fridge and dishwasher were used lots during our stay and appreciated.
