Not good
Overall it was a bad stay. The room was ok but I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during the stay. I was told this was because I booked through the third party and the night shift staff didn’t know how to put my name in the system. There was also not enough towels in the room. The from desk told me all the towels are now in the dryer and I had to wait for at least 1 hour. The breakfast is just coffee and snacks.

Never Again
This hotel has declined dramatically in the last ten years. My check in was muffed horribly by the clerk, such that I wasn't officially checked in. 3 other people tried to get into the room and wifi was horrible. The door wouldn't open at all in the morning. Junkie Paradise. Night manager very unhelpful, her unruly kids making noise at the desk while I tried to explain what had happened. Early morning host Zee fixed what she could but this is fundamentally a drug dump needing to be closed by the health dept/city.

Hotels.com Overbooks Intentionally
You, hotels.com, overbooked and we had no place to stay. You did this to us in Lawrence, KS a couple years ago. Then, you make it very difficult to get a refund, which most people probably don’t bother due to the hassle. This is your shady business model. Folks, boycott this business and delete the app.

Shut This Place Down
This place was ridiculous. I called the establishment to make sure it was okay to check in at 1am and they said yes to just call back at midnight to let them know we will be there. I called at 11 and nobody picked up. Called again at 12, nobody picked up. Called at 12:30, no answer. We showed up at 1am like we said we would and nobody was at the desk. There was a number written down to call so we called it and the phone at the front desk rang and rang and rang. We waited an hour until a young guy showed up. He did not speak to us for the first two minutes he was in there and then proceeded to JUMP over the front desk to get behind the counter. It took him forever to even get us checked in and gave me the key. We walked up to the room he gave us and the key didn't work because there were already people staying in that room. I have reserved a room almost 24 hours prior. This place was disgusting and needs to be shut down.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this facility! The beautiful double queen bed that was pictured online must be clip art from somewhere else. The double queen wasn't available when we arrive for check-in and the staff noted that they weren't sure why Expedia thought they had those rooms. My niece and I had to share a full/queen bed for the weekend. Opening the door was like a punch in the face with cigarette smoke smell, although it's supposed to be non-smoking. Our hair/clothes smelled like smoke the whole weekend. The walls were dirty, splashes of who knows what here and there. They tried to paint the bathroom tiles and countertop, but that was peeling and making it look worse than it was. The bathroom vent was caked in dirt. The toilet was oval yet had a round seat and lid, always showing a gap. The stovetop had seen it's fair share of caked-on spills. They added a second microwave because the other must have failed, but left it in the kitchen. We were given one terrible pillow a piece and a sheet with another sheet cover over the top. No other blankets to add anywhere. It was super noisy outside and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. We were completely disgusted and got terrible sleep the whole weekend. I do not recommend at all.

The room had no utensils, microwave, telephone both didn't work, no coffee maker or coffee in the room ... just overall no staff at the front desk ! Will never stay there again.

Kaleb was a sweetheart and we really liked interacting with him. He was kind and courteous. The room itself was not nice and the bed was terrible. I hate leaving reviews like this but the bed should definitely be replaced.

I arrived just at the time of entry but there were no rooms available and I had to return later, the bed had wheels and with little that you moved from running, at the time of departure there was no one in reception wait for more than 10 minutes and no one arrived I had to leave the card on the counter, there were also people in the same situation who had more time to be waiting

I had a late flight in we called to inform them that I would be checking in but it wouldn’t be until after 11 due to my flight the front desk Repersentive was very rude and stated well I won’t be here so I don’t know what you will do. Once arrived I was informed someone was in my room still which I thought was very unexpectable as check in was originally started at 3. They stated well we have another room the bed seemed smaller than we booked but also they stated it may be a while the door is locked and we are unable to unlock it. I was informed once we got it unlocked that if I didn’t leave the door cracked when I left it may not let me back in and I would have to call someone to get me back in the room. The shower head was held by a zip tie. Definitely was not worth what we paid for the room. And would honestly think due to all of the issue we should have received some type of compensation back.

No one was available to check me in at 3pm for my reservation. I returned at 8:30pm and was told there were no rooms available. I requested a refund which was given to me and then had to search for another hotel that had available rooms for the night. I will never book a room with this hotel again.

"We see your booking, but we have no rooms left"
I didn't realize a place could possibly be unprofessional enough to have your reservation on file and just not have a room reserved for you. We got in after a day of driving at 11pm and it was super frustrating trying to navigate this at this time. It ended up being okay in the end, they were able to rebook us for no additional cost at the Extended Stay in Lone Tree only 8 minutes away, which seemed like a much nicer location anyway (despite many obvious stains and paint splatters in the room). Also as a heads up, there are two different Extended Stay locations in Englewood like half a mile away from each other, so that was confusing at first.
