I checked in around 10 and they didn't tell me there would be a separate charge for a deposit. I booked the 'snack' room and only 3 of the 6 items were not expired. I hadn't planned to eat them anyway. I checked out on time, but didn't get my deposit back. They claimed I had tampered with a smoke detector, which I did NOT do. They said they do thorough inspections, but clearly they do not because I never touched their smoke detector.

I asked to move to a different room because it was next to the freeway, but the lady upfront said she could not and there was no complain complaints ever. Also, they charged me a $78 hold for room damage damages. But then they only returned $75 on my credit card so they pocket it three dollars.
