The room and location are nice. also, there are good view on the window.
But I require the improvement for the front staff's operation.
There were two mistakes related to money.
First big mistake was double charged to credit card despite I already paid on Hotels.com.
I have many experience to stay in many hotels, but this is my first time about double charge from the hotel and the amount is kind of large . so, I was disappointed... (Of course, they canceled the double chrage after I claimed to the customer center. but took a few days.)
As second problem, the front staff forgot to give me the breakfast coupon and was about to charge breakfast fee despite I booked the plan including breakfast...
Hotel is nice honestly, but if the hotel mistook the thing related to money, I think the customer would be impressed the bad experience more than hotel's quality.
Please improve your front staff's operataion and you should double check about the money,
