We woke up and had no water, we could not shower or use the toilet, the whole hotel was without water, they gave us 2 mini water bottles to brush our teeth and have a french bath. I went to the lobby and asked for a refund or coupon and told me that they couldn’t because i had booked through a third party, in this case, Expedia. Also the room had 3 lamps that the bulbs were not working so poor lighting inside the room!! They had no idea when the water was going to be running again. So, yes, the lady didn’t do much to help us.
