Needs to be remodeled and cleaned up around the pr
Hotel is very, very run down. The outside looks almost like an abandoned place. Broken screens on some of the windows. Grass (weeds) not mowed or pulled. Garbage overflowing in the back outside garage cans. Hallway was very dirty and stained. Bathroom sink needed to be replaced. The porcelain was worn off. Opened the curtains and there were cobwebs in the window frame. Needed a good cleaning, really everything did. In room coffee maker, but no coffee packs for the coffee maker. Was a somewhat of a continental breakfast, but just grabbed some coffee and left.

Filthy carpet. Dingy and stained towels. AC did not work. TV remote did not work. Bathtub needed a cleaning.

Our room was grossly neglected in both maintenance and cleanliness. The door had no safety lock on it. The ac unit louver was broken, requiring something to be jammed in it, to get air flow out into the room. The desk was installed into the room backwards, with the drawers facing the wall. The bed headboards were caked in thick dust. The fridge freezer was thick with built up frost, some of which was pink in color. The white shower curtain was stained brown on the bottom 12 inches. And they had the audacity to charge over $100 for such a shoddy representation. The only plus was that the bed sheets and towels appeared clean and they had a Gideon Bible in the night stand.

Hotel.com confirmation did not Equal Reservation
Showed up with a hotel.com number. The motel had no record of a reservation. I contacted hotels.come and received an email confirmation. The motel said that they had to have a reservation number. I was not able to get one from Hotels.com. There was no vacancy so we were forced to continue driving to our next destination.

They did not have the room we booked with them. The entrance was difficult to find and very creepy inside. They put out all customer keys so that anyone could come in and take a key since no one was watching. The parking lot was completely full however had an eerie feeling because it was silent and all you could hear was a dog barking downstairs and it was only 9 PM.

Would never stay
We left. The interior looked unkept and dirty. Manager said the room was clean. How is the room clean of the hallway to the room is disgusting? While we had just reserved 2 hrs or so prior the manager was unwilling to refund the booking. Nor would Hotels.com. Therefore we received the usual Hotels.com query of how was the stay. 😢

The exterior had trash strewn around, the grounds were generally unkempt, cars that appeared abandoned. Outside of building in definite need of upkeep. The interior reeked of heavy fruity scent covering smoke smell ('smoke free' property). The queen size bed sat in front of a king size headboard. In general a 'dump'.

Property was old and tired. Deep aromas of curry or cooked food throughout our room for some reason coming. By default they only provide two towels. Overall it is an okay property if you are just looking to stay a night on your way through.

Minimal room electrical outlets required extension cords, no USB plugs and posted warnings to not run multiple devices for fear of cicuit breaker activation. Refrigerator in room noisy, window difficult to open and screen broken out.

Gross and creepy
I arrived late in the evening so there was no attendant. When I checked out no one was there either. The place is completely run down and our room was what I would consider disgusting. It smells like old smoke and the breakfast was minimal and sub par. I would never stay here again

The property is run down. Caulk between vinyl floor and bath tub (Room 106) looked as if it had been applied by a 4-year old. The carpet baseboard had delaminated from the wall. The recycle container (residential size) was overflowing and sitting next to the front door. The butter and peanut butter container (group size) were not individually packaged. Sanitary issue. The front desk area has a year's supply of paper piled around. If Rodeway has any quality standards at all, it should sever ties with this location.

Sketchy
It was kinda run down. Not very clean. The furniture is dated and not in the best condition. Outside needs weed control and maybe haul off junk cars. There are no screen on the windows so if you don’t mind flying critters coming in you are good. The fire alarm was covered in plastic and wrapped with tape.
