Great location with great view of Tokyo Station
Amazing find next to Tokyo Station, very handy if you need the convenience of meeting up with tour guides as it is the central point. Hotel room which was the corner room was beautiful, very spacious indeed with 43 square meters, so lots of room for your luggage coming from a long holiday. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. When in Tokyo you have to try the Japanese style breakfast that is offered in this hotel - a local treat and great experience.

Wonderful location and great hotel
Wonderful location, just steps from the Tokyo train terminal and The Imperial Palace and gardens. We arrived after midnight and the staff was very helpful getting our taxi arrangements for the next day in place so we could rest peacefully. While the room was a little small (for two large beds), it was exceptionally clean and all the necessities were available. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel except for the Cigar Bar
The hotel is in a great location being right next to the main station in Tokyo, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in organising taxis and restaurants reservations. Saido Sato escorted myself and friends to our booked taxis and made sure the driver knew where to take us all. Thank you Saido. Sadly the hotel’s bar is a Cigar bar so we all had to go elsewhere for an evening drink.

Lovely hotel convenient to train station
Lively hotel v close to the main Tokyo rail station and shopping complex under neath. We had room only and found a lovely bakery accessed immediately outside the basement entrance in the complex. Great restaurants nearby especially in the Marunouchi building connected via underground walkways. Nice quiet rather small room with a great view of the station. That said the bathroom was a good size with both bath and wet room shower. Definitely a recommended hotel for a holiday time in Tokyo bring close to all train lines - we warned of building work but saw and heard none. No issyes

This hotel is outstanding. It's located in a great location for exploring Tokyo center, rooms are beautiful and newly renovated. Staff at front desk speak English well. The hotel breakfast buffet is delicious and great quality. Renovated rooms were beautiful and done to a high standard. Note: Half the rooms face the train station and get train noise. Rooms opposite train station are very quiet but will have very limited views.

Elegance near the station and the park
The hotel warned us they were undergoing renovations, but we never would have known had they not said anything. The hotel was a perfectly elegant hotel conveniently located across from the train station. I also appreciated the many hygiene items offered in bathroom. Surprisingly in the midst of the highrises it is walking distance to the Emperor's Palace park, which afforded us a lovely walk in the evening and early morning.
