No Breakfast after paying
We booked for hotel London
Got there and a nice lad met us and said there’s trouble with the water here so you can stay in our sister hotel which is better , we knew this as last year we stayed there but decided on London as it was less expensive and breakfast was included
When we asked him what time is breakfast he said no , no breakfast .
Took us to our rooms and that’s it you don’t see a soul then
The next morning no one around to check out ,found the cleaner who rang someone . I said we havnt paid he said yes you left your card details . I said well I did want to pay in currency also we should have had breakfast because that is what I paid for , he said no there’s a mistake on hotels.com page
So even though it’s a lovely hotel there’s no staff there in time of need which I feel isn’t good customer service
