You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

Os quartos são ótimos, a limpeza deixou a desejar, o restaurante terceirizado limita muito! Até água temos que pagar, chegamos de viagem e fomos comer e ao voltar não tinha água no frigobar e solicitamos, ninguém atendi, insistimos e o rapaz da recepção que nos ajudou, qdo chegou a água era tarde. No outro dia chegamos às 22:30, solicitamos o café que fica exposto, para os clientes, esperando a água aquecer e qdo aconteceu a máquina não funcionava. Precisam melhorar, a cobertura ótima, mas academia não possuía bebedeira e colchonetes o que é primordial em uma academia. Bem qto ao hotel aos quartos, a cama e banheiros são oitimos, mas a limpeza , não trocava toalha e ateve até um dia que não trocaram o lixinho do banheiro, eu tive que fazer, mas no dia seguinte reclamei e trocaram .

Tudo muito bom! Aliás excelente. Desde a entrada no estacionamento, até o check out em todos os momentos fomos muito bem atendidos. Detalhe para o diferencial surpresa, quando minha esposa deixou acidentalmente sua faca cair durante o café, ela se abaixou para pegar e quando se levantou já tinha um funcionário com uma faca limpa e embalada na mão para entregar a ela. São pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença. Parabéns!
