Unclean and no wash cloths.
We are frequent customers of Hilton Home. This is our first time experiencing this level of customer service and uncleanliness. There was a storm the night we stayed and water leaked in from the window the entirety of the storm. There was only 2 wash cloths and not enough towels in the room and when I asked the front desk for more they said they were out and they were washing some. She offered pool towels and then I had to go to the workout room to get more cloths for my family to bathe. I even asked house keeping in the hallway and they said there were no more wash cloths. The breakfast area was unkept and the person in charge of it was sitting on a stool talking to the young lady at the front desk who had no solution for my family to bathe with no wash cloths. The breakfast area was not restocked and had crumbs and dropped food everywhere. Again this is my first time experiencing Hilton Home2 Stay like this and we frequently utilize the accommodations due to our fur babies. The sheets on the foldout couch had a deep red or brown smear in which I had to change them, the bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned, and the workout area was unkept. The water station had caked up gunk all around the drainage part from not being wiped. Huge disappointment.
