Very basic hotel lacking services and comfort
Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner. On top of that I was awoken early by noisy works inside the hotel, and when I went to take a shower the taps were not working, so I could not even have a shower to freshen up. Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Brazil.

A localização é ótima. O hotel é simples, mas tem um bom custo-benefício. A garagem, diferente da maioria dos hotéis de Goiânia, tem acesso dentro do hotel e o café da manhã, é bem simples, mas é gostoso. O único ponto que eu gostaria que fosse melhor, é que no ambiente do quarto, não tem uma mesa ou cadeira, eu tive que fazer algumas refeições lá e foi complicado.

Mediano, não tem whatsapp para comunicação . Não respondem dúvidas feitas pelo aplicativo. No geral é ok, localizaçao razoável, mas provavelmente há melhores pelo preço. São desorganizados em relação a reserva, tinha reservado dois dias e ficaram me ligando para perguntar se ia continuar e falou que só tinha uma reserva. Foi um incomodo desnecessário
